​Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced the recruitment of Junior Clerks under Group ‘C’ Non-Teaching posts for the year 2025.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 2 of the 7th Pay Commission, with a salary range of ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month.
  • In-Hand Salary: The approximate monthly in-hand salary, including allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA), is around ₹29,760.
  • Additional Benefits:
  • Dearness Allowance (DA): 53% of the basic pay, contributing approximately ₹10,500.
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Approximately ₹3,582.​
  • Travel Allowance (TA): ₹1,800, with an additional DA on TA of ₹684.​
  • Provident Fund (PF) Contribution: Deductions of ₹3,650 from the salary.​
